Anna has prepared a dissertation on systemic role functioning in postgraduate education for professionals who work with families.

Anna founded and leads the Family Unity organisation. It develops programmes focused on preventing family crises, psychological education and responsible parenting.
The programmes aim to prevent conflict, strengthen emotional connections between partners and develop parenting skills. They combine educational content, exercises and support, with particular attention to children’s wellbeing.
She also shares her approach with professionals who support families through publications, methodological resources and contributions to professional education.

Developed by Anna, the approach combines systemic family psychotherapy, cognitive psychology, insights from neurobiology and body-oriented practices. It seeks to identify relationship difficulties, examine patterns passed between generations and develop ways of communicating that support family bonds.

NEUROBREAKTHROUGH is a module Anna designed within the Family Unity approach to address emotional responses and patterns of behaviour. She presents it in a 58-page guide published by Publishing Solutions under a Ridero licence. The module is also discussed in the monograph published by Sreda.

In 2026, Anna co-authored a monograph with Professor Galina V. Sorokoumova, Doctor of Psychological Sciences at N. A. Dobrolyubov Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University.
Published by Sreda, it examines systemic psychotherapy, family relationships and children’s mental health. Two professors, Elena E. Shcherbakova and Olga V. Suvorova, recommended its publication in signed academic reviews.
The monograph sets out the theoretical foundations of Family Unity and describes its tools and their use with families. It also proposes applications in educational settings, psychological support services and nonprofit organisations.
