• conducting analytical, marketing, statistical, and other research on the use of the Service to optimize its operation, correct errors and malfunctions in the Service, and develop the products and services of the Operator.

I agree and authorize the Operator to process my personal data using non-automated methods of personal data processing, as well as automated database management systems and other software used by the Operator.

I agree that, if necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing, the Operator has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties, namely:

• Email address;

• Phone number.

I agree that providing this data to the Operator and educational platform may be necessary for me to use the Service.

This Consent to the processing of personal data is valid from the date of its provision until:

Achieving the purposes of processing or withdrawal of consent to processing, but not more than 3 (three) years from the date of deletion of the user account in the Service;

• Achieving the purposes of processing or withdrawal of consent to processing, but not more than 3 (three) years from the date of deletion of the User’s account in the Service;

• Achieving the purposes of processing or withdrawal of consent to processing, but not more than 3 (three) years from the date of the last visit to the Service;

• Withdrawal of consent (except in cases where the Operator is obliged or entitled to continue processing personal data in accordance with the legislation).
